Shahdol, the problems of passengers travelling by train are going to increase once again, South East Central Railway has issued a letter cancelling local and long distance passenger trains from 12 to 21 June due to pre-NI and NI work for third line connectivity at Mudaria station. During this time, operation of about 24 up and down trains will remain closed. Passengers will have to face problems in the heat due to cancellation of trains. At the same time, patients going to Nagpur for treatment will also not be able to get direct train facility from Shahdol. Along with this, the business of Shahdol and Anuppur will be affected.

These trains will remain cancelled
Chandia - Chirmiri Up and Down train from 13 to 20 June, Katni-Chirmiri Passenger Up and Down from 12 to 20 June, Chirmiri-Anuppur Up and Down train from 13,15,18 and 20 June, Bilaspur-Rewa Express from 12 to 19 June, Bilaspur-Indore Narmada Express Up and Down from 13 to 19 June, Bilaspur-Bhopal Up and Down train from 12 to 20 June, Jabalpur-Ambikapur Up and Down Express from 12 to 21 June, Shahdol-Nagpur Up and Down Express from 12 to 21 June, Rewa-Chirmiri Express Up and Down from 12 to 20 June, Lucknow-Raipur Garib Rath Up and Down from 13,14,17 and 18 June, Santragachi-Jabalpur Up and Down Express from 12 and 19 and 13 and 20 till June and Durg-Ajmer up and down express will remain cancelled on 19 and 17 June.

Their route will be diverted
Gondia-Barauni-Gondia express departing from Barauni and Gondia will be diverted and run via Katni-Jabalpur-Nainpur route from 12 to 21 June.
