An incident that shames the sacred relationship of Guru-Shishya has come to light in Karanpathar police station area of ​​Anuppur district. Where a teacher lured a 12th class student in the name of filling the form for open examination, took her to a ruined school and forcibly made her drink alcohol and raped her. After this disgusting incident, the victim lodged a complaint with the police, on the basis of which a case has been registered against the accused teacher. The Assistant Commissioner of Tribal Department took immediate action.

The principal was removed from the school. A letter has been sent to the divisional office for suspension action. SDOP Pushp Rajgarh Naveen Tiwari said that the 19-year-old victim, a resident of Karanpathar police station area, had studied 9th and 10th from a government school in her village and completed her 11th from a government school in Shahdol. This year she wanted to give the 12th examination from the open board. On August 23, she went to Khamrod Vidyalaya to fill the form for the open examination, where she met the school principal Uday Narayan Singh Baghel.

The principal told the student that she would have to go to Shahdol to fill the form and said that he would take her to Shahdol with him. But instead of taking her to Shahdol, the accused teacher took her to an old, ruined school building in Daldali. On reaching there, he snatched the girl's mobile and forcibly started making her drink alcohol. When the girl protested, the teacher beat her up and then took her to a room and raped her. The girl somehow managed to escape and reached her home and informed her family about the incident. The girl along with her family lodged a complaint at Sarai police station Karanpathar. Police have registered a case against the accused teacher Uday Narayan Singh Baghel under section 64(2) (b) BNS and 3 (2) (v) SC/ST Act and have started searching for the accused.
