Muzaffarnagar, The meeting of prominent RLD leaders with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath under the leadership of Union Minister of State with Independent Charge Jayant Chaudhary has been important and useful from many points of view. RLD's young MP Chandan Chauhan said this in a special conversation with senior journalist Surendra Singhal today. Chandan Chauhan said that this much-awaited meeting took place in Lucknow yesterday. A separate 20-minute conversation also took place between Jayant Chaudhary and the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured that the pending payment of sugarcane farmers will be made soon. Keep in mind that out of the 10 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh for which by-elections are to be held in the next one-two months, three seats Khair Reserved, Meerapur and Ghaziabad city come under the influence of RLD. RLD proved its influence in western Uttar Pradesh by winning both Baghpat and Bijnor Lok Sabha seats. Meerapur seat was represented by Chandan Chauhan who was elected to Lok Sabha from Bijnor. Lok Dal is represented by Anil Kumar as a cabinet minister in Yogi cabinet in Uttar Pradesh. Who holds the Ministry of Science and Technology. Lok Dal also demands that Anil Kumar's department be changed. Chandan Chauhan said that he has invited Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to attend a public meeting to be held soon in Meerapur assembly constituency, which Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has accepted. Remember, in the Lok Sabha elections, BJP suffered a major setback in western Uttar Pradesh due to the defeat of Union Minister of State Sanjeev Balyan. Also, Dr. Satyapal Singh is no longer an MP as Baghpat seat went to RLD's quota. Jat dominated Muzaffarnagar seat has been captured by SP's prominent Jat leader Harendra Malik. Also, the attitude of Bharatiya Kisan Union leaders Rakesh Tikait, Naresh Tikait etc., who have dominance over Jats and farmers, is still very sharp and aggressive against BJP and both their governments. In such a situation, Jayant Chaudhary's support to Yogi will strengthen the BJP in western Uttar Pradesh. State BJP President Bhupendra Chaudhary could not leave any impact on the Jats in the recently held Lok Sabha elections. Both Deputy Chief Ministers Brijesh Pathak and Keshav Prasad Maurya are already angry with the Chief Minister. The way Jayant Chaudhary has come forward and stood with Yogi at such a critical juncture, the BJP is hopeful of performing better in the by-elections. Keep in mind that for the last several days, efforts were being made to hold a meeting between Jayant Chaudhary and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Jayant Chaudhary has also discouraged Rahul Gandhi's campaign to conduct caste census saying that it will not be in the interest of the society. Jayant Chaudhary is proving to be a useful role for the BJP in many ways. His role will definitely provide great support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
