Katni, Transport and School Education Minister of the state and Minister in charge of Katni district Uday Pratap Singh, who reached Katni on Republic Day, hoisted the flag on the occasion of the Republic Day celebrations held at the Police Line Ground Jhinjhari. After hoisting the flag and inspecting the parade, Minister in charge Uday Pratap Singh read out the Chief Minister's message from the stage. Transport and School Education Minister of the state and Minister in charge of Katni district Uday Pratap Singh released tricolor balloons in the sky on the Republic Day organized at the Police Line, after which celebratory firing was done by the constables of the police department, after which the Minister in charge also enjoyed the colorful program on Republic Day held at the Police Line while taking the salute of the parade. Tableaus were also shown by many departments. State Transport and School Education Minister and Minister in charge of Katni district Uday Pratap Singh, who reached Katni on 26th January Republic Day, greeted the people of the state and the country during a discussion with journalists and also wished them Republic Day and said that the coming time should be full of glory and success and India's pride should increase in the world. While answering the questions asked by the journalists about the liquor ban in Katni district, he said that first liquor was banned on the banks of Maa Narmada and now the religious places which are the center of our worship and as a symbol of Sanatan culture, where we go for worship, liquor has been banned in those 17 places. Now after this, the government has increased the second ban and as per the Chief Minister's wish, gradually the entire state will definitely be made drug free. On the questions asked about the strong efforts to stop begging in Indore, Uday Pratap said that the administration and the government will always work with awareness on the precautions that should be taken in the social environment and social life.
