Job of teachers reinstated by BPSC from other states including UP is in danger. Educational certificate and qualification of reinstated teachers have not been found to be correct for teachers. Teachers from other states will not be found eligible for appointment if their marks in eligibility test are less than 60 percent, but teachers from other states with less than 60 percent marks have been reinstated.

For this, clarification was sought from teachers earlier but no answer has been given. Now the District Program Officer Establishment of Education Department has sent a memorandum to the teachers and asked for a reply to the clarification. In the clarification, it has been informed to the teachers that the benefit of any kind of reservation in Bihar will be available only to the residents of Bihar.
