A similar recent case has come to light from Dhanpuri town of Koyalanchal area. The land mafia has done the feat of selling the government land located there. A complaint has been made in the said case and a demand has also been made to free the land from encroachment. The complainant has told that, some people have encroached and occupied the government land of ward number 2 (Haathidol) under Dhanpuri Nagar Palika, Khasra number 161/2 and area 0.267 and have sold it.

According to the information received in the case, a person named Kallu Baisakhu has sold the said land to land mafia Ravi Kewat. This land is said to be located in Khairaha Hardi Road. It is worth considering that by building a hut-like house on the said land of Arazi, the land mafia has also installed a tubewell there. Not only this, he has also taken electricity connection here and is taking advantage of the facility.
