Madhya Pradesh - In the entire Madhya Pradesh, the BJP government is running a strict campaign to resolve any kind of dispute related to the land of the people, with a special emphasis on the local administration in the entire state to resolve the disputed matter, but in Madhya Pradesh itself, despite the information of the government administration, a case has come to light of the bullies continuing illegal construction work by disregarding the court order. In the stay order issued on 12/07/24 by the Tehsil Court Manpur Naib Tehsildar under Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh, a stay order was issued regarding the case of illegal construction work of applicant Narendra Singh father Harish Singh vs Suryabali father Vishwanath Singh resident of village Devganwa police station Indwar that no construction work will be done by any party in the disputed land. In the order for appropriate action, any decision will be taken only after both the parties appear before the court on 26.7.2024, whereas the Tehsildar ordered both the applicant and the non-applicant to fix the date of next appearance by saying that no construction work would be done. But the non-applicant has violated the court order and started construction work in the disputed land. Even after giving information about this to the nearest police post Amarpur, no legal action was taken. From this it appears that the local government administration is openly protecting the bullies in getting illegal construction work done. The applicant has informed the state government and the administration through the media and should stop the illegal construction work being done by the bullies and ensure appropriate action to get justice by taking punitive action for disobeying the court order.
