Palera, Palera Tehsildar Dr. Avantika Tiwari is posted in Palera Tehsil since the year 2021 and has also conducted urban elections including Panchayat elections, whereas it is not possible to expect Palera Tehsildar to conduct the upcoming assembly elections impartially because she is considered close to BJP leaders. Due to which the elections can be affected, she has been posted in Palera Tehsil office for a long time of two years due to which she has complete hold in the rural areas and she is considered special of BJP leaders, hence she can put pressure on the voters and influence the elections. Due to which the Election Commission will have to take this matter into cognizance so that the upcoming assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh can be conducted fairly. Congress leaders say that many such officers and employees in the Khargapur assembly have been posted at the same place for years because they are members of the BJP leaders. They are special and it has also happened in the elections that they will act as puppets of the BJP leaders, which will influence the elections. Congress leaders have demanded from the Election Commission that the assembly elections should be completely fair. Only those whom the public elects will win, the administration will not allow any voter to vote. But pressure should not be created, regarding which he has said that the employees who have been in office for years should be removed.

Notice was given to Palera Tehsildar in Mannu Talaiya case also

A much-discussed case had come to light in Palera Nagar in which questions were raised on the working style of Palera Tehsildar, but the entire matter was whitewashed by the department by protecting its own employees. In the case of Mannu Talaiya, the person by whom trees were cut was Till now, no action has been taken in writing by the Palera Tehsildar and also no action has been taken against the people breaking the rules. The then Collector Subhash Kumar Dwivedi also issued a notice to the Palera Tehsildar regarding the said matter. Nor has any action been taken till date in relation to the said notice. Mannu Talaiya's connections were somewhere with the BJP leaders, due to which the whole matter has been suppressed by twists and turns and the BJP leaders have been saved.

Controversy occurred due to negligence in city elections

During the urban elections in Madhya Pradesh, a controversy had arisen in the Palera Municipal Council elections in which negligence of officers and employees was also revealed, but due to the protection of BJP leaders, no action was taken against any officer. The then Tehsildar was Dr. Avantika Tiwari, by whom no concrete arrangements were made to conduct the election work in a peaceful manner, due to which the factions of Congress and BJP came face to face and it even came to the point that there was a scuffle between the two sides. While the police took charge and pacified the matter, but due to the negligence of Palera Tehsildar, no untoward incident should happen in the assembly elections, due to which the demand for his removal from the area is being made by all the opposition parties including the common people. So that the upcoming assembly elections can be held in a fair and peaceful manner.
