Hema Malini owns 4.11 lakh square feet of non-agricultural land in Khandala, Pune. The current market value of this land is said to be Rs 2.09 crore. At the same time, there is non-agricultural land worth Rs 9.36 crore in the name of Dharmendra.

BJP MP Hema Malini is the owner of a residential building worth Rs 111 crore. At the same time, there is 'Juhu Bungalow' in Vile Parle area of Mumbai which is named after Dharmendra. The current market value of this 24,000 square feet bungalow is said to be Rs 126 crore.
