A case of misbehavior and assault on school students has come to light in village Sujanpura near Merta Road, Kuchaman City. A case has also been registered by the family regarding the matter. But despite 10 days passing, no action has been taken, so the family members have reached the SP office and appealed. And a written complaint has also been given by the family. They have told that students are not able to go to school due to fear. Just like the government gives the slogan of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao. But daughters are not able to go to school due to fear. In such a situation how will the daughter study and move forward. In the written complaint it was told that on 28th August a complaint letter was presented before the police station Kuchaman City that while my son and daughter were returning from school, a person stopped them on the road and started abusing and beating them using abusive language. On which a first information report was registered against the accused by the police station officer. The son of the complainant who studies in class 12 in Government Higher Primary School Deeppura. And goes to village Deeppura from Sujanpura to study daily. In which on 20th August after school was over, he caught my son in front of the school and started abusing and said that he abuses me on Instagram. Then my son said that I have not chatted with you on Instagram. Still the person did not listen and he made my son stand like a rooster and left him threatening to kill him. On August 27, suddenly two people started abusing my son and kicking and punching him. They hit him on the head with the bracelet he was wearing, which injured his head. And my daughter, who studies in Class 11, was abused badly and told that they would beat her up and pick her up and take her away, this is my name. They beat her in front of seven-eight students and rescued her with the help of some students' intervention. After the FIR was lodged against the accused, on 28th August at around 8 pm, the accused came to the house and started abusing and putting a gun on my head and threatening to kill me and said that I shoauld withdraw the case or else I will end my life. They started threatening my son and daughter and pointing towards the daughter, they said that they will make my life hell and threatened me to withdraw the case. And on 31st August, to protect himself, the person lodged an FIR against me on the basis of false facts. The accused is pressurizing the police to compromise and withdraw the case. Also, the accused is threatening to come to my house and kill me. On 3rd September, while returning from school, he stopped my daughter on the way and started molesting her using abusive language. The accused has created fear in my family. The accused has made the life of me, the applicant, miserable. Despite me, the applicant, repeatedly informing the police officer about this incident, no action has been taken against the accused till date. Rather, when I went to the police station, the police threatened to put me in jail and pressured me to compromise. I have submitted a report to the District Superintendent of Police and demanded appropriate action.
