Saharanpur, A meeting was convened at the office of Divisional Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod in the presence of District Magistrate Manish Bansal regarding tourism infrastructure development of Maa Shakumbhari Devi Siddhpeeth temple. In the meeting, an action plan was made to implement TFC, parking, open air theatre, Rahi tourist accommodation house, landscaping, footpath, murals sculptures water foundation, entrance complex in Shaktipeeth, road lighting, establishment of signage, creation of tourism facilities, progress of construction of theme park based on 51 Shaktipeeths in Shakumbhari Devi Shaktipeeth and its actual outline as soon as possible. The Deputy Director Tourism informed that there are a total of 11 projects related to integrated Shakumbhari tourism development. Work has already started on 03 out of which projects. Divisional Commissioner Dr Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod directed that devotees should not face any inconvenience in Shakumbhari area. Works in Shakumbhari area should be completed in a timely and quality manner. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this. On this occasion, Additional Commissioner Administration Surendra Ram, Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, DFO Shweta Sain, Deputy Director Tourism Mrs Preeti Srivastava and other concerned officials were present.
