Dhar, In view of the preparations done in the past, make further improvements in the arrangements. All officers should keep their preparations in view of the rainy season. Be sure to place booklets with information on Mandu on their buses for delegates. So that they know about this place before coming to Mandu. Collector Priyank Mishra gave these instructions to the officials in the review meeting held in Mandu on July 19 regarding the necessary preparations for the G20 visitors' stay in Mandu. Concerned officers including Superintendent of Police Manoj Singh were present in the meeting.

Collector Mr. Mishra instructed that arrangements for toilets should be made at designated places. Check the street light and other lights installed here and change the closed light immediately. Make arrangements for parking of vehicles coming here. Put reflectors on the side of the road. Make sure to keep first aid kits in the ambulance. Make sure to get the cleaning done at the sunset point here.

Collector Mishra instructed to arrange for a guide for the guests. Group-wise guides should be arranged for a large number of guests so that it becomes easy for them and a route chart should be prepared so that the guests do not face any inconvenience in reaching Mandav. He inspected the rest house of the Public Works Department (PWD) and instructed to provide all necessary facilities. He instructed that all the officers should discharge their duties in an orderly manner.
