The education department has made preparations for quick resolution of the problems of teachers, students and others in Patna, Bihar. The education department has also issued two toll-free numbers. Complaints can be lodged by calling toll free numbers 14417 and 18003454417.

The education department in Bihar has issued a detailed list classifying the complaints. The list has been divided into 6 categories. Now the complainants will be able to determine the category of their problem and contact for appropriate solution. Teachers have to upload their problems on the Grievance Module of e-Shikshakosh from their login ID.

The category wise list of complaints can be school related complaints, teacher related issues, problems related to students, vendor or supplier related complaints, university and college related matters, recovery of illegal amount etc.
