Damoh, A meeting was held in the meeting hall of Janpad Panchayat Damoh regarding the organization of mass marriage/nikah under the chairmanship of former Finance Minister and Damoh MLA Jayant Kumar Malaiya. It was told in the meeting that a girl resident of MP whose age is more than 18 years can participate in the conference. Applications will be submitted in Janpad Panchayat Damoh till 08th July 2024. Apart from Janpad Panchayat Damoh, the application of the girl from other rural/urban bodies of MP can be submitted in Janpad Panchayat Damoh after the recommendation of the head of the concerned Janpad Panchayat/Municipality. It is mandatory to have e-KYC in the Samagra ID of the bride and groom. Along with the application, it is mandatory to attach the Samagra ID of the bride and groom, Aadhar card, mark sheet/ transfer certificate/ voter card/ doctor's certificate for age proof, residence certificate, death certificate of former husband in case of Kalyani (widow), court order of divorce in case of abandonment.
