Anuppur, illegal business of Chhai is being conducted in large numbers under Chachai police station, which seems to be unnoticeable to the government and administration. In Bargawan behind the Siddha Baba temple in Amalai Dongaria Tola, situated on the Municipal Council Bargawan Amalai of Anuppur district, illegal brick kilns are being operated with stolen coal and stolen Chhai, due to which the number of thieves in the area is also increasing, while coal is also being extracted from closed mines, coal coming from illegal mines, and Chhai coming mainly from Orient Paper Mill is also used by brick kiln operator Chhotu Prajapati, due to which the youth of the area are also committing acts like coal and Chhai theft, while the government is suffering huge revenue loss due to the business of illegal brick kilns, in these areas, the brick kiln operators steal coal from the colliery mines and select a place near the kiln and start the theft work, and then one kiln operator steals coal from another. The kiln operators keep selling coal at arbitrary prices, due to which SECL as well as the district administration are suffering revenue losses. The ash coming out of Orient Paper Mill from morning to evening is stolen by brick kiln operator Chhotu Prajapati and is duly transported to his kiln as well as to the illegal brick kilns operating in the Amalai area through his two tractors. Also, the stolen ash is taken from the residential area through tractors through ward number 8 of Nagar Parishad Bargawan Amalai without any fear. Despite the refusal of the residents of the ward, he continuously takes the stolen ash through tractor every day, due to which a big incident can happen anytime. This ash broker Chhotu Prajapati is seen carrying out his work under the protection of Chachai and Amalai police, who has no fear of the government or administration. In a day, about 20 tractors carry the stolen ash at the rate of Rs. 1500 per trip. Through this, the bricks are delivered to the brick kilns by Chhotu Prajapati, who continues to have police protection. A few months ago, the security department of Orient Paper Mill caught Chhotu Prajapati's tractor while loading shade. Chhotu Prajapati, by fooling the security department, escaped from there with the tractor by using another key. Besides, complaints have been lodged against Chhotu Prajapati several times in the Chachai police station for molestation. Without any fear, this person has been carrying out the illegal work of shade brazenly.
