A huge scam has taken place in the work of more than 6000 crores of RDSS project in West Power Distribution Company Indore! This scheme is running in all the districts of Indore, Ujjain division. Bills worth billions have been paid to the company working on the measurement of engineers! All the work is being done online, which also includes measurement, according to which engineers are going to all the locations and doing the measurement. As per the rules, JE, Assistant Engineer have to do hundred percent measurement, EE has to do twenty percent, SE has to do ten percent measurement. The company is getting regular payment on their measurement certificates, but surprisingly, all the above engineers of West Power Distribution Company are getting the measurement of all these projects done by drones or by some invisible power? The cost book of the vehicles of these officers is showing the dates on which the measurement was done as tour somewhere else! It is clear that there has been a large scale fraud in these works. This scam of West Power Distribution is a scam of Shivraj Singh Chauhan's tenure. The director of the said project is senior engineer R C Karwadia, questions are being raised on the role of Karwadia! However, the CMD of the company Amit Tomar is counted among the good IAS officers of the state.
