Saharanpur, A meeting of the Divisional Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council constituted by the State Government for settlement of commercial disputes related to payment of micro and small enterprises was convened in the auditorium of the Commissioner's Office under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod. Efforts were made for settlement in 19 references in the meeting. The Council made a payment of Rs 50.58 lakh in one reference and Rs 20 lakh in 04 other references on the basis of MOU between the parties on the basis of Rs 05 lakh per reference. A total of 32 references were heard in the arbitration meeting of the Council, out of which it was decided to issue awards for payment of Rs 2.89 crore along with compound interest on the outstanding principal amount in a total of 22 references of micro and small entrepreneurs. On this occasion, Joint Commissioner of Industries Mrs. Anju Rani, Lead District Manager Praveen Jamuar, Anupam Gupta, Pramod Miglani and other members participated.
