Saharanpur | Deoband, Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organized in Tehsil Deoband under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal. DM Manish Bansal directed all the officers to ensure prompt resolution of the received complaints. He said that redressal of public complaints and problems is the top priority of the government. In the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, 11 complaints were received from Revenue Department, 03 from Block Development Officer Deoband, 01 from Block Development Officer Nagal, 06 from SHO Deoband, 03 from SHO Nagal, 05 from Supply Inspector Deoband, 04 from Electricity Department, 01 from EO Deoband, 02 from Panchayati Raj Department, 03 from Supply Department, 03 from Consolidation, 01 from Tubewell, 02 from Block Education Officer Deoband and 01 from Water Corporation, out of which three complaints were resolved on the spot. District Magistrate Saharanpur Manish Bansal, after listening to the complaints of the people, directed the concerned officers to get them resolved quickly. He directed all the district level officers to get quality resolution done as per the time limit given for resolving the problems as per the intention of the government. He also said that along with resolution, the complainant should also get satisfaction. He directed the officials to show sensitivity towards complaint redressal and ensure timely and quality resolution of problems by adopting a human approach. He said that land related disputes would be resolved by forming a joint team of revenue and police. Senior Superintendent of Police Saharanpur Rohit Singh Sajwan, on the occasion of Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, directed the police officers that police related complaints should be resolved impartially, without any discrimination and in a quality manner.
On this occasion Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Praveen Kumar, Sub-District Magistrate Deoband Ankur Verma and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
