Shajapur, Due to the server being down two days back in the city, the thumbs of the farmers were not working, due to which the farmers were not getting fertilizers. Due to which the angry farmers staged a chakkajam, after which the administration gave instructions to give offline. The administration is now keeping a close watch and sufficient quantity of fertilizer is available in the district. Farmers were told not to panic.

Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Deputy Director KS Yadav said that at present the total stock quantity of cooperative and private fertilizers in the district is Urea 2305.130 MT, DAP 975.550 MT and NPK 2375.570 MT. is available. Along with this, the stock quantity of fertilizers with private vendors in the district is Urea 249.095 MT, DAP 73.000 MT. and NPK 109.250 MT. is available. He informed that 1404 metric ton rakes of Kisan Urea NFL Company have arrived for Shajapur and Agar Malwa districts on the last day. Received urea is being sent to cooperative and private vendors. Along with this, he has requested all the farmer brothers not to worry or panic regarding fertilizers. Farmer brothers should buy fertilizers as per requirement, ignoring rumours. Fertilizers are being supplied continuously.
